• Client projects: Designing and building canvas apps on Dataverse, including an event planning and loading list app with automated document generation (Power Automate to Word/PDF) and client-specific form variants.
• Internal applications: Merging legacy SharePoint apps for customer and project management into one modern canvas app on Dataverse, built with reusable components and in the company's house style.
• Proof of concepts: Translating an HTML demo into a working canvas app, including setting up the Dataverse data model.
• Way of working: Building within solutions with dedicated publishers, modern controls and app theming according to established development standards, in an Agile team.

Joined in a newly created role that had not previously existed within the organization. During this period, it became clear that the day-to-day interpretation of the role did not fully align with the expectations discussed beforehand, on either side.

During my time at BSU, I discovered that the daily reality of the role did not align well with what energizes me and where my strengths lie. I therefore made a conscious decision to look for a role that better matches my talents and interests. That experience has, in fact, made it clear to me which direction I want to pursue next.

• Automation: Automated manual IT processes using Power Platform and PowerShell, successfully reducing complex IAM processes from several days to a maximum of 30 minutes.
• Security & Compliance (2025): Successful implementation of Bastion365, making the outbound email flow for employees fully NTA 7516 compliant (secure email).
• Migration & Management: Flawless migration of legacy File Clusters to new File Servers (terabytes of data with zero downtime for end-users).
• Agile / Scrum: Fulfilled the Scrum Master role within a multidisciplinary team and facilitated retrospectives to strengthen collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Technical Advice & Consultancy: Served as a technical advisor for the setup of new SNS store concepts. Responsible for translating business requirements into technical feasibility for location-based IT resources (e.g., narrowcasting and workplace systems).
• Mobile Device Management: Responsible for the selection of secure mobile devices (including Samsung Knox). Independently designed, built, and managed the complete BlackBerry MAM infrastructure for the secure distribution of devices.
• Modern Meeting Solutions: Led vendor selection processes for new meeting resources (e.g., Microsoft Teams and video calling), including the full technical configuration and preparation for national rollout.

• Management, maintenance, and application packaging for a complex virtual desktop environment (Citrix Provisioning) for 6,000 employees.
• Executing large-scale upgrades and ensuring continuity within the highly regulated financial sector.

• Complex Camp Administration: Independently developed and currently managing a comprehensive PowerApp for the registration of staff members (IST) and participating groups, including payment tracking and task assignment.
• Kitchen & Logistics: Developed a scan module within the PowerApp to track staff meal consumption via badges (approx. 300 people per meal shift).
• Automated Communication: Implemented a check-in/out module linked to targeted, automated communication (via Email and WhatsApp API) to specific groups or task forces.

Actively involved for over 20 years in coaching youth groups, organizing projects, and financial management (treasurer). Independent proof of my loyal, accommodating, and proactive team spirit.
